Mirco Paganessi is a talented Italian illustrator and concept artist, known for his work on a wide range of roleplaying games and creative projects. He has collaborated with major publishers and RPG-related projects, including Pathfinder, Starfinder, Numenera, Arcana of the Ancients, Diamond Throne, Shadow of the Demon Lord, and Blue Rose. Aureus Aestus is a dream of his that is becoming reality.

Matteo is from Rome, studies computer science at Sapienza University, and has been playing roleplaying games since he was nine years old. He began by writing reviews of Wyrd products and creating various adventures for Wyrd’s YouTube channel campaigns, set in the universes of Alien and Lex Occultum. He is currently co-designer of the Aureus Aestus RPG, a project he is very proud of.
